To start training with us we recommend a consultation which gives us a clear indication of what you want to achieve and something that you may have had planned or struggle within the past. ‘It is about you and what you need to do as oppose to what you want to do’. We will also get an understanding of how you were previously performing and what may have been missing in helping you achieve your desired goal.
