They move away from conventional gym exercise and provide an affordable option in comparison to 1-2-1 personal training. We guarantee you’ll receive the highest level of service and attention, thus we limit these group sessions to a maximum of 4 people. We use a wide range of methodologies and techniques to ensure that sessions are structured, enjoyable and challenging.
