Boot camp St Albans

The ‘one size fits all’ approach is something that produces average results, we take a step further and provide you with the highest level of fitness education, delivering above and beyond competition. Our highly effective boot camp in St Albans is structured and all exercises are scalable so that individuals work at their own intensity level, based on their ability and current level of fitness.

We believe in keeping our boot camp sessions personalised, social and challenging, therefore a maximum group size of 12 is instructed at any one time. Nutritional help is also at hand as we believe that the combination of exercise and nutrition produces above and beyond better results. All sessions are based on promoting long term change with use of the following equipment; battle ropes, med balls, kettlebells, hex dumbbells, TRX, sleds and much more.
