Dennis, a qualified Sports Scientist, began his personal training career at university and has built up over 5 year’s experience within the fitness industry. He now works in St Albans and Hertfordshire as a freelance personal trainer and has a loyal client base ranging from young athletes to men and women looking to achieve their health and fitness goals.
